Resilient Winona County is hosting a free parents workshop and dinner at Maplewood on April 3!
The event is from 4-5:30 pm at the Winona HRA Community Center, 1756 Kraemer Drive.
The workshop includes FREE dinner and training by The Joy Labs to help build your skills to take care of yourself and others. I would love to see you there! No RSVP is necessary, and all are welcome.
This event is supported by Community Resilience Initiative Micro Grant funding from More Resilient Minnesota.

Join us for an evening learning together about what it means to care for ourselves as we care for our communities through changemaking. We’ll explore WHY, WHAT and HOW of caring for ourselves and you’ll leave with tools, resources or strategies to help sustain your changemaking work.

Join us for an interactive program with Sarah in which we will play with art materials, explore the connections between creativity and health, and what it means to "ride the wave." The thought-provoking experiential activities are designed to encourage connections with ourselves and other humans. Each workshop is unique; past themes have focused on acceptance, self compassion, and willingness, among others.
This program will be hosted live and in-person in the museum’s Oberton Education Room.

Join us at Holzinger Lodge for FREE ongoing community art-making to celebrate and honor the natural area that is hosting us. Art supplies & mindfulness instruction will be provided. Expected side effects include smiling, feelings of connection & a wee bit of messiness.

ARTCAMP! at Midwest Music Fest: River-inspired art on the Levee

ARTCAMP! is an invitation to get creative & get inspired by our beautiful natural area. For this session we'll be creating river-y art: painting rocks in preparation for the labyrinth we'll build together!
ARTCAMP! is FREE & open to all youth and adults. Youth under 10 are asked to be accompanied by an adult.
This special Midwest Music Fest session runs from noon-3pm and participants are able to join at any time during that timeframe.
Art supplies, art instructions & snacks will be provided.
