Building from the youth mental health mural for the youth section of the library, The Joy Labs teamed up again with the Winona Public Library during 2021-2022 school year and summer. Supported by a SHIP (Statewide Health Improvement Program) grant through the Winona County PartnerSHIP. The project encompasses art-based mental health work with four different groups of young people to help build a resilient, vibrant, and welcoming Winona. Artwork created was a part of a show in July 2022 at the Winona Public Library’s art room and murals on the walls at the East End Recreation Center.
